The absolute best workouts I've ever had on my reformer! Creative, fun, and challenging! I love that you can choose a shorter or longer flow since I don't always have a full hr to workout and there's varying levels so I can choose what kind of flow I need that day...faster/slower or harder/lighter.

Having played football (soccer) at Premier League & International Level for 15 years, my career ended with a knee injury, followed by 2 slipped/ prolapsed disc in my lower back. Pilates, especially the reformer allowed me to rehab, build core strength and flexibility and return to a normal fitness level, also meaning I could run again.

I love the reformer so much that I bought one for home. I have done pilates all over the globe, Korin & Tiffany are definitely 2 of the best teachers I have ever had. I can’t recommend DPTV highly enough... I have a full home gym, but my reformer and the app are the only piece of equipment I need.

As an Instructor I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself and my clients. I’ve subscribed (and unsubscribed) from many pilates apps because there isn’t enough variety or creativity in the instruction.
